InvoiceKaro is a business invoicing, evidence, approval and payment-tracking tool. It can help prepare records, but it does not guarantee that an invoice, report or workflow satisfies every legal, tax, accounting or contractual requirement that applies to you.

GST calculations, tax-rate fields, HSN/SAC references, reports and reminders are provided as working aids, not professional advice or filing-ready returns. Tax rules and rates change. Review every invoice and export before use and consult a qualified chartered accountant, tax adviser or lawyer where appropriate.

You are responsible for customer details, tax registrations, line items, rates, payment records, evidence and other information entered into the service. Verify amounts, recipient details and payment instructions before sending a document or public signed link.

InvoiceKaro may use AI-assisted bill scanning, text extraction, suggestions and business insights. These outputs can be incomplete or wrong, particularly when an image is unclear. Review and correct extracted or generated information before relying on it.

Some functions depend on service providers, such as Razorpay for eligible web payments, communication providers, AI providers and storage configured by the deployment. Those providers process relevant data under their own terms and may experience delays or outages.

The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages or other incidents. InvoiceKaro does not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular backup schedule. Download invoice PDFs and available CSV exports and keep independent copies of records you must retain.

Payment status and acceptance records reflect data received by the service. They are not bank statements, court findings or independently verified signatures. Records can be affected by later deletion of related data or an account; do not describe them as permanent or immutable.
