InvoiceKaro
Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 August 2026
Please read these Terms before using InvoiceKaro. Product output must be reviewed before it is used for tax, payment, evidence, or legal decisions.
1. Agreement and Eligibility
These Terms govern your use of InvoiceKaro. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use InvoiceKaro for a business or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What InvoiceKaro Provides
InvoiceKaro provides tools for: • Creating and managing invoices, customers, invoice PDFs, and payment status • Calculating CGST, SGST, and IGST from information entered in the product • Adding UPI and bank details and creating supported payment links • Managing projects, milestones, evidence, reminders, approval links, and client portals • Viewing dashboards and exporting the available invoice/payment CSV • Using AI/OCR features where enabled and within plan limits Features, providers, limits, and output formats may change. InvoiceKaro does not promise cloud backup, uninterrupted delivery, or that every advertised integration will be available in every deployment or platform.
3. Accounts and Access
Account access uses a phone number or email address and OTP verification. You must provide accurate information, keep access to your phone or email secure, protect API keys and signed links, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions performed through your account and for deciding who may receive an invoice, payment, portal, or approval link. InvoiceKaro may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access to protect the Service or enforce these Terms.
4. Tax, Accounting, and Legal Responsibility
InvoiceKaro is a record-keeping and workflow tool, not a tax, accounting, collections, or legal adviser. GST calculations, HSN/SAC fields, MSME fields, reminders, evidence bundles, and generated text must be reviewed by you before use. You are responsible for invoice accuracy, tax treatment, filings, statutory record retention, payment reconciliation, and compliance with laws that apply to your business. Consult a qualified professional when needed.
5. Plans, Limits, and Prices
14-Day Free Trial (₹0): • Up to 3 customers and 5 invoices per month • Up to 3 evidence-pack exports and 30 AI actions per month Starter (₹199 for 30 days or ₹1,999 for 365 days): • Up to 25 customers and 50 invoices per month • Up to 10 evidence-pack exports and 200 AI actions per month Professional (₹499 for 30 days or ₹4,999 for 365 days): • Up to 100 customers and 250 invoices per month • Up to 50 evidence-pack exports and 1,000 AI actions per month • Up to 10 team members and 5 API keys Enterprise (₹999 for 30 days or ₹9,999 for 365 days): • Higher configured usage limits for large organizations • Up to 100 team members and 50 API keys Evidence-pack limits count PDF pack exports, not individual proof uploads. Other limits are enforced by the Service and may reset according to the applicable usage period. Paid access is purchased on the web as a one-time payment for 30 or 365 days. It does not renew automatically. The checkout shows the exact price and access period before purchase.
6. Billing and Refund Questions
Supported web plan-access payments are processed through Razorpay as one-time orders. There is no automatic renewal and therefore no recurring subscription to cancel. To keep paid access after its displayed end date, make a new eligible purchase. Taxes and any refund terms presented during checkout apply to that transaction. InvoiceKaro does not offer a blanket 14-day or no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. For a billing issue, contact billing@invoicekaro.in with the account identifier, order ID, and payment ID. Do not email complete card, bank-account, OTP, or API-key secrets. We may change future prices after providing notice appropriate to the Service and applicable law.
7. Your Content and Product Access
You retain responsibility for the business data and content you enter. You give InvoiceKaro permission to store, process, transmit, format, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service or comply with law. Available exports currently include invoice PDFs and an invoice/payment CSV; this is not a promise that every record is portable in every format. Use available exports before deleting records you must retain. The Delete Account action is designed to remove the account and related active-database records immediately; deletion cannot recall information already sent to recipients or retained by a provider.
8. Public Links, Evidence, and Acceptance
Anyone holding a valid signed payment, portal, or approval link may be able to view the information behind it until it expires or is revoked. You must share links only with intended recipients. Supported evidence and acceptance workflows may record files, links, notes, timestamps, IP or browser information, approver details, and SHA-256 integrity hashes. A hash can help identify whether a reviewed bundle changed, but it is not encryption and does not make a record immutable, permanent, or legally conclusive. Records can be removed when related data or an account is deleted.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not: • Create fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or unauthorized invoices or payment requests • Upload or disclose information you lack authority to process • Evade tax, payment, plan, access, or usage controls • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights • Introduce malware, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape without permission, or disrupt the Service • Use AI output without appropriate human review where errors could harm another person We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, non-payment, or a legal requirement.
10. Providers and Availability
InvoiceKaro depends on hosting, communications, payment, AI/OCR, and other providers. Their availability and terms can affect the Service. External evidence links and payment pages are controlled by their operators. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, a specific security standard, backup schedule, delivery time, or fitness for a particular tax or legal purpose.
11. Intellectual Property
InvoiceKaro software, branding, interface, and documentation are owned by FINALDOC TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. You may use the Service for its intended business purpose, but may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or interfere with it except where applicable law expressly allows.
12. Liability
You are responsible for reviewing invoices, calculations, payment status, AI/OCR output, reminders, evidence, and exports. To the extent permitted by applicable law, InvoiceKaro is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, missed filings, lost revenue, recipient actions, provider outages, or decisions made from unverified output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any specific limitation or remedy must be interpreted under the law that applies to the transaction.
13. Suspension, Closure, and Changes
You may stop using InvoiceKaro or use the in-app account-deletion action. We may suspend or close access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service. Refund eligibility remains governed by the checkout terms and applicable law. We may update the Service and these Terms. The date on this page identifies the current version. If a material change requires consent or notice under applicable law, we will use an appropriate notice method.
14. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law, without removing any mandatory rights you may have under another applicable law. Disputes must be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another valid process.
