Notifications

Stay on top of payments and invoices — read the notification bell, then tune your channels (Push/Email/SMS/WhatsApp) and types (Payment Alerts, Invoice Updates, Weekly Reports, Marketing & Offers).

InvoiceKaro keeps you in the loop when a payment lands, an invoice changes, or it's time to review your week. Use the notification bell for a quick catch-up, and Notification Settings to control exactly which alerts reach you and how.

The notification bell

The bell in the header collects your recent in-app alerts — new payments, invoice updates and reminders — so you can scan what's happened without digging through tabs. Open it any time to catch up at a glance.

Choose your channels

Under Profile → Notifications, pick how you want to be reached. Turn channels on or off independently.

These channels control your own alerts. How invoices and reminders reach a customer is set per customer — see notification preferences in Customers.

Decide which kinds of updates you actually want, so your notifications stay useful and not noisy.

Tip
Keep Payment Alerts and Invoice Updates on to stay on top of overdue and unpaid invoices, and switch off Marketing & Offers if you prefer a quieter inbox.

Good to know

  • Mix and match — for example, Push + Email for payments but Email only for Weekly Reports.
  • Account emails (welcome, verification codes, trial reminders) come from noreply@invoicekaro.com; invoice emails come from billing@invoicekaro.com.
  • Want deeper analysis of what your notifications surface? Ask the AI assistant about your overdue or pending invoices.
