Getting Paid
Set Up How You Get Paid
Add your UPI ID, bank account and an optional UPI QR image in Payment Details so your invoices and pay pages can show customers how to pay you.
Before customers can pay you, InvoiceKaro needs to know where the money should go. Add your UPI and/or bank details once in Payment Details, and every invoice and pay page can show customers exactly how to pay — directly into your own account.

Add your payout details
- 1Open Profile and go to Payment Details.
- 2Add your UPI ID (for example,
yourname@okhdfcbank). - 3Add your bank account — account number, IFSC and bank name — for customers who prefer NEFT, IMPS or RTGS.
- 4Optionally upload a UPI QR image to use as a fallback QR when you haven't entered a UPI ID.
- 5Save. Your details are now available to every invoice and pay link.
What shows on invoices and the pay page
Once your payout methods are saved, they power two places:
- The pay page — the UPI QR, the *Pay via UPI app* button, your copyable UPI ID and your bank-transfer block all come from here. See How your customers pay.
- The invoice PDF — you can choose to print your bank and UPI details on the invoice itself using the display-option toggles when creating it.
The no-payout-method nudge
Without a payout method, your pay page has no way to tell customers how to pay. Copying a pay link before you've added one still works — the link copies to your clipboard as usual — but InvoiceKaro shows a non-blocking reminder toast to add a UPI ID or bank account so the page can actually show how to pay. It's a 30-second step that makes every link you share fully usable.
